Massage services are scheduled by appointment only.  Please directly book online or call, text, or e-mail me to schedule a session(s).

 

Please arrive 5 minutes before your first scheduled appointment which allows you time to fill out an initial consultation form.  This form is confidential and designed to help us understand your physical condition and expectation of treatment prior to beginning the massage.  

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events (i.e. illness, inclement weather, family emergencies, etc) happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

 

I will allow one short-notice (less than 24hours) cancellation without penalty as long as you call me about the situation before your scheduled appointment time.  Otherwise, 24 hours advance notice is required and appreciated when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unsure if you can make it to your appointment we strongly advise you to reschedule in advance to avoid being charged. If you are unable to come to your appointment and want to avoid the fee you are always welcome to refer a friend or family member to take your appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 100% of the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgot their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” We run a strict policy and you will be charged 100% of the full amount for the missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session originally scheduled. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start your session on time.
