Restore Yoga and Sound, 2.5 hrs, $68

Be immersed in healing sounds while taking restorative yoga shapes to allow deep rest, relaxation and restoration. We will begin with meditation, ceremonial cacao, float away on a cloud of props as you bath in the sounds. We'll end with bliss balls, tea and connection. Open to everyone.

Sound Bath, 1.5 hrs, $43

Realign and reset. Be immersed in a bath of healing sounds to allow deep rest, relaxation and restoration. We will begin with meditation, ceremonial cacao, float away on a cloud of props as you bath in the sounds. We end with tea and bliss balls. Open to everyone.
