Energising Vinyasa Yoga – Feel strong & balance your mind
Vinyasa Yoga is an energetic yoga class, suitable for all levels. This class focuses on moving with your breath. Vinyasa Yoga helps putting your body back into balance whilst reducing the risk of motion injuries caused by repetitive daily tasks such as computer work or sitting on a chair all day.
This class will help you build strength and flexibility, encouraging you to explore your edges whilst always giving you the option to listen to your body and go at a slower pace.
Each class will explore a different theme and will include some meditation and relaxation.
Slow Flow Hatha Yoga – Recharge your body & reset your mind
Hatha yoga is one of the oldest style of yoga. It involves doing physical poses called asanas and breathing techniques called pranayama. The breathing exercises and meditative postures can help reduce stress.
Hatha yoga is a slower practice, and you'll hold poses for longer than you would in a vinyasa-style yoga class. This means it's a great practice for beginners and for people who want a slower pace and mindful practice that focuses on reducing stress, recharging the body, and resetting your mind.
Slow Flow Yoga – Unwind your being & nourish your soul
Slow Flow Yoga is a relaxing, slow-paced yoga practice to wrap up your day.
This class focuses on slow stretches, organic movement, breathing exercises and guided meditation to help you unwind and nourish your soul.
All ages and abilities are welcome.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a passive practice, where floor postures are held for long periods with a focus on opening up and letting go. As we access deeper layers of connective tissue and fascia, we are able to release pent up or stagnant energies and stiffness in the body, with an opportunity to truly turn inwards with mindful awareness. This practice becomes a healing balm for the mind, body and heart. A wonderfully nourishing practice for today's fast paced and often stressful lifestyles. This practice is suitable for beginners but not suitable during pregnancy.
Realign and reset. Be immersed in a bath of healing sounds to allow deep rest, relaxation and restoration. We will begin with meditation, ceremonial cacao, float away on a cloud of props as you bath in the sounds. We end with tea and bliss balls. Open to everyone.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a very gentle style of yoga that promotes physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
This practice encourages you to hold poses for long period of times allowinf you to melt on a cloud of props. In this class we focus on stillness, deep breathing and deep state of relaxation.
All ages and abilities are welcome. Come and float for 75min with us!
Latin Rhythms – Move, sweat & smile
An open level dance class that will get you into your body and out of your mind. Accessible and easy to follow, this class is for everyone who wants to have some fun while getting some cardio in their routines.
Explore different Latin American rhythms and elevate your heart rate in this 50 min class.
All ages - no dance experience required.
