Shipping, Handling & Returns Policy

All orders are shipped by either Australia Post or Sendle depending on location and available rates.
International shipping is unfortunately not available at this stage.
A flat rate shipping fee of $12 applies to all orders within Australia under $100. This fee is for Standard Shipping only.
FREE SHIPPING within Australia is available for all orders $100 and over and is automatically applied at checkout, please note this is for standard shipping only.
Products will be shipped within 1-5 business days of the order, depending on availability of stock. To ensure freshness our products are handmade in small batches, which means on occasion we may need to make products to order.
Delivery times vary but depending on location, once shipped, orders within Australia should be received within 2-7 business days (check your emails as you should receive you from us with a tracking number to track your order).
This timeframe is provided as a guide only, and we take no responsibility for any deliveries not received in this time. Replacement of lost items is at our discretion.
Return requests will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law provisions. Due to the personal nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be accepted outside of these provisions. We want you to love your products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.
If we are unable to reach a resolution, either a refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion based on the situation following the timely return of the products purchased. The shipping cost to return products will not be refunded. Agreed refunds will be processed promptly and payment will be made in the same method as the original payment. Refunds may take up to 7 days to be received. Replacements will be processed in line with our standard shipping and handling times. Return queries for products purchased from outside of Botanic Alps's online store or by another that is not a direct employee of Botanic Alps such as a reseller or stockist of Botanic Alps must be directed at the store/reseller/stockist to whom you purchased the product off.
